What did they need?

Carers UK were looking to improve the performance of a Meta campaign aiming to direct people from a specific locality, who may have caring responsibilities to support resources hosted on a dedicated online platform.

 

How did Kithe achieve this?

Kithe created a digital marketing strategy and implementation plan for the charity. The strategy was created through stakeholder interviews and data analysis of the charity’s online marketing presence, and was supported by Alex from Kithe’s multiple years of experience working in charity digital marketing.

 

What were the results?

After the strategy was delivered, Kithe lead on its implementation, which included supporting the recruitment of a digital marketing team, running new follower generation campaigns, improving the email marketing of YMHF and gaining new sign-ups for their course.
