One of The Fundraising Regulator’s aims is to increase public awareness of their services—particularly the Fundraising Badge and the Fundraising Preference Service. Another strategic objective is to promote safer giving during the festive season and reinforce their brand identity to build public trust in charitable fundraising.
How did Kithe achieve this?
We delivered a series of integrated digital campaigns, including:
- Awareness Campaigns: Ran Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Gmail campaigns to highlight the benefits of the Fundraising Badge and the Fundraising Preference Service. Creative animated video content was used to drive engagement and educate audiences.
- Christmas Safer Giving Campaign: Designed and executed a successful multi-channel festive campaign encouraging the public to give safely during the holiday season.
- Brand Campaign: Alongside seasonal activity, we launched a dedicated brand campaign focused on reinforcing the Fundraising Regulator’s mission and values. The campaign was served across Meta, Tiktok and Youtube.

- Increase awareness of their services. A YouGov poll confirmed that social media advertising was one of the top ways that the public found out about The Fundraising Regulator.
- Reach tens of thousands of users with targeted Facebook and Instagram ads that delivered strong click-through and video engagement rates.
