Who is Think Ahead?

Think Ahead is a charity that helps people retrain into mental health roles.

What did they need?

Over the past three years, Kithe has collaborated with Think Ahead during their recruitment programmes. Utilising Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads, we aimed to attract new recruits to their programme both nationally and in regional areas where mental health staffing was low. While the organisation had previously engaged in digital marketing, they sought a deeper understanding and more effective use of paid advertising.​

 

How did Kithe achieve this?

We implemented a multi-tiered Facebook and Instagram campaign strategy that targeted cold audiences and remarketed to warm prospects. Throughout the campaigns, we leveraged Google Ads, including Search campaigns and the highly effective Performance Max campaigns. The use of Performance Max allowed the charity to market across Display, YouTube, Search, and other parts of the Google network efficiently and within budget.

 

What were the results?

Our sustained multi-channel campaigns have consistently delivered a high number of registrations to Think Ahead’s programme each year. Importantly, we’ve achieved year-on-year improvements in cost per result, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of their recruitment efforts. Additionally, our collaboration has provided Think Ahead with a much better understanding of which digital marketing strategies work best for their objectives.
